Trinity Student's Artwork Showcased on Bondi Sea Wall

14 July, 2017
It is always so inspirational to see our young people setting high expectations and goals for themselves and then watching them become a reality.
It has been Year 12 student, Cassidy Dillon’s dream for a while now to showcase her artwork on the renowned Bondi Sea Wall in Sydney. The Bondi Sea Wall has been in operation since the 1970s and throughout this time has featured works of some of the best-known street artists from Australia and around the world.
Cassidy explains, “It has been a dream of mine for the past three years and after applying for a spot in March of this year, my application and artwork was approved in June! I went to Sydney in the school holidays and completed the work over four days.”
Cassidy’s artwork will remain there for six months, at which point it will be routinely painted over by another artist, reflecting the dynamic and ever-changing character of Bondi. As you can see, Cassidy’s dolphin artwork is amazing and such a great accomplishment. Well done Cass – your Trinity family is very proud of you.
