Graduate Pathways
Trinity graduates continue to thrive beyond the College gates.
At Trinity College, we believe there is no single pathway to success. Every young person leaves us with different strengths, interests, aspirations and goals. Our role is to help students understand their options, build confidence in their abilities and prepare for a meaningful future beyond school. This commitment to creating pathways and supporting every learner continues to be reflected in the success of our graduates.
According to the Queensland Government's Next Step Survey, over 96% of Trinity's 2025 graduates were engaged in education, training or employment within six months of completing Year 12. These outcomes demonstrate that Trinity graduates are successfully transitioning into further study, apprenticeships, traineeships and employment, equipped with the knowledge, skills and dispositions needed for life beyond school.
As a Catholic and Marist learning community, we want students to leave Trinity not only with qualifications, but with the confidence, resilience and sense of purpose needed to contribute to their communities and pursue futures that align with their strengths and aspirations. This is what Trinity Pride looks like beyond graduation. It is young people taking ownership of their future, embracing opportunities and continuing to grow as learners, workers and community members.
"At Trinity, success is not defined by a single destination. We are proud to see our graduates pursuing university study, apprenticeships, vocational qualifications and employment pathways that reflect their individual strengths and goals. These outcomes demonstrate the confidence, resilience and sense of purpose that we aim to develop in every student throughout their time at the College."

Where Are They Now?
Trinity graduates are pursuing pathways across university, vocational education, apprenticeships and industry training. Popular fields include engineering and technology, health, architecture and building, business and management, education and the social sciences.
Many graduates are also combining study and employment, developing practical experience while continuing their education. This reflects Trinity's commitment to helping students build pathways that are meaningful, achievable and aligned with their future goals.
At Trinity, our aim is simple: to help every young person thrive. The success of our graduates demonstrates the strength of that partnership between students, families and staff, and the many pathways that can emerge from a Trinity education.
