Students enrolled to begin Year 7 in the new year, are invited to attend an Orientation Day and Parent Evening. It is the College's intention to make the orientation experience a unique one for the students commencing their first year of secondary schooling in 2019.

 

Letters will be sent home to families who have enrolled their children at the College closer to this event that will outline in further detail what is required on this day.

 

Orientation Day is important for all newly enrolled students, as it gives them a chance to meet their Pastoral Care Teacher, Year Level Leader and their Peer Support Student Leaders.  It gives students the chance to be shown around the College to familiarise them with their new surroundings. We have found that this takes away the fear of the unknown and allows students to settle more easily into College life and gives them the opportunity to meet their ​new friends.
